We are looking for an Office Clerk to join our team.
This role involves providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Capturing diesel recons
- Basic bookkeeping
- Licensing of vehicles
- Capture cattle data
- Update spreadsheets, expenses etc
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assisting with data entry and record maintenance
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Performing general clerical tasks
