Sales Administrator

This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. Youll play a key part in supporting the sales and operations teams by:
- Processing, verifying, and tracking customer orders to ensure accuracy, correct pricing, and on-time delivery
- Maintaining sales records, updating internal Hire & Service systems, and preparing insightful reports
- Acting as a central point of contact between Sales Consultants, Customer Care, Technicians, Operations, and Management
- Coordinating schedules, setting up meetings, reviewing quotes, and assisting with pricing
- Supporting Sales Consultants and Customer Care with day-to-day tasks
- Compiling weekly and monthly reports
- Participating in weekly operations meetings
- Reviewing and checking client contracts
- Sending relevant documentation to the accounts department
- Preparing and submitting tenders, while keeping systems up to date
- Placing orders and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Assisting with ad hoc duties as needed
