We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business verticals and the technology team. This role requires a strong ability to translate complex business, compliance, and finance reporting requirements into actionable technical tasks while fostering collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities- Bridge Between Business and Technical Teams
- Act as the primary liaison between the company verticals and the technical team, ensuring seamless translation of business, compliance, and financial requirements into technical solutions.
- Leverage expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and backlog refinement to ensure alignment across teams.
- Participate in technical design sessions to maintain continuity from business requirements gathering to implementation planning.
- Developing the Implementation Strategy
- Define, document, and refine epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and developers.
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence to map user journeys and process flows effectively.
- Ensure the product backlog is continuously groomed and prioritized, following best practices for development efficiency.
