Vehicle Junior accountant

We have a great opportunity for a Vehicle Junior accountant with a Vehicle dealership in Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping and Record Keeping; Maintaining accurate financial records, including recording transactions, updating ledgers, and managing databases; Accounts Payable and Receivable: Processing invoices, managing payments, and ensuring accurate tracking of amounts owed to and by the company; Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements; Reconciliations: Reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy; Data Entry and Processing: Entering financial data into accounting software and ensuring accuracy of information.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Accountant of Bookkeeper.
• Degree in Accounting or similar Diploma in Accountancy.
• Must have experience in motor industry and with vehicle dealership Accounting.
• Experience with automotive systems such as Autoline etc.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as Accountant.
• Numeracy accuracy and diligence, good computer skills. Attention to detail.
• Clear criminal record.
