Bookkeeper

Our client is seeking an Accounting Officer to join their team

Job type: On-site – Permanent

• Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Entire accounting process up to Trail Balance.
• Payroll
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 - 3 years’ experience in accounting
• Associate degree in business or accounting an advantage
• Competency in Microsoft application including Word, Excel and Outlook, knowledge of accounting software is also beneficial.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures
• Knowledge of Orange

• Planning, organizational, verbal and written skills
• Customer service orientation
• Must be able to work under pressure
