Our client based in Parow Industria is looking for a Stock And Stores Controller / Buyer / Supplier Admin to join their dynamic team.
The following requirements apply: Must be computer literate
Microsoft office knowledgeablePastel Accounting would be advantageous
Ability to work well in a team dynamic
Capacity to work well under pressure
Own transport
The role consists of: Sourcing of parts
RFQs and Best pricingFollowing up on POs daily
Stock allocation of those parts
Tracking of parts usage per machine
Data capturing/monitoring of service history of the equipment and prepping of service kits
Stores control and stock counting
Answering incoming calls and at times dealing with customers
Reconciliation of Supplier accounts and documents
Filing
Other Ad hoc admin functions
