Our client, suppliers of products in the Construction and Civils market is requiring a Internal Sales Representative to join their team
Job Type: Permanent – on SiteLocation: Port Elizabeth/ Gqeberha
Duties and Responsibilities- Sales Generation in order to reach strategic growth goals
- Assisting clients with quotes, orders and invoices
- Load customer details onto the system and ensure that all orders are accurately created and timeously distributed to the production department
- Review order report daily
- Follow up orders and back orders on the system
- Invoicing
- Ensure orders are delivered within specified lead time
- Meet monthly sales quotas
- Upsell to clients when possible.
- Respond promptly to customer queries
- Focus on increasing sales
- Perform administrative and office support roles.
- Ensure price lists are updated
- Check the inventory on hand daily based on customer forecast.
- Liaise with Finance Department regarding customers that are on hold.
- Provide customers feedback in terms of urgent orders as well as products which are out of stock
- Attend monthly meetings with management
- Promote a positive image of the company through high-quality customer service
- Matric
- Experience in a similar role
- Computer literate
- Drivers Licence – Code B
- Strong communicator
- Multitask and prioritize work
- Customer focused
- Deadline driven
