Role Overview
We’re seeking for a passionate and polished Luxury Showroom Sales Consultant - High Eng (trade) to join our Gardens - Cape Town team. This role combines sales excellence with operational coordination and design insight—ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury retail environment and enjoys guiding clients through creative selections.
Requirements- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Certificate or Diploma in Interior Decorating or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in interior design, décor, or related retail
- Experience in showroom operations or retail/trade coordination (advantageous)
- Own reliable transport
- Maintain showroom standards and manage sample stock, deliveries, and visual presentation.
- Provide expert advice and product recommendations to walk-in clients and design professionals.
- Support internal sales consultants and field teams with showroom-based coordination and client engagement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer relationship-building abilities
- Professional business etiquette and telephone manner
- Proven sales ability in the interior fiels mandatory and concept-selling confidence
