We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Capturer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and databases. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture, verify, and update information accurately into databases and systems.
  • Review and correct data entry errors before submission.
  • Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and validations.
  • Organise and file digital or hard-copy documents for record-keeping purposes.
  • Liaise with internal departments to obtain missing or unclear information.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and support as required.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate.
  • Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role (1–2 years preferred).
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and data systems.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
