Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- 35 years' experience in a Debtors Clerk or similar finance-related role
- Strong understanding of debtors processes and account reconciliations
- Computer literate with experience on accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Valid driver's licence will be advantageous
- Managing and maintaining debtor accounts
- Following up on outstanding payments and collections
- Allocating payments and processing receipts
- Performing account reconciliations
- Resolving account queries and discrepancies
- Preparing debtor reports and age analyses
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Liaising with clients regarding account-related matters
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Professional telephone etiquette
- High level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Team player with a proactive approach
Remuneration
