Job Description

Your duties will encompass:

• Support purchasing, logistics coordination, shipping arrangements, clearing, and landed‑cost tracking
• Coordinate end‑to‑end equipment procurement from order placement to delivery
• Liaise with suppliers, shipping agents, and clearing partners to ensure on‑time delivery and compliant documentation
• Track shipments, delivery timelines, and updates internal systems accordingly
• Maintain accurate landed‑cost tracking and procurement records
• Conduct monthly stock takes and reports discrepancies
• Work closely with warehouse, sales, and installation teams to ensure stock availability and smooth deliveries
• Act as a central communication point across logistics‑related functions
• Provide general logistics administration, reporting, and record‑keeping support

• Matric.
• Logistics or Supply Chain degree.

• Minimum 3 years experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Previous experience in the medical, healthcare, or medical equipment industry.
• Experience with Imports and Exports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SYSPRO.
• Knowledge of logistics compliance and regulatory requirements.
