Maintenenace Supervisor

• Strong knowledge of general maintenance including plumbing, electrical systems, air conditioning, and basic carpentry and masonry.
• Experience with small-scale renovations and refurbishment.
• Gardening and landscaping experience an advantage.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Valid drivers license and own transport preferred.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
