- Finance / budgeting/ forecasts / cashflow etc
- HR
- Minerals processing plant design / project management experience
- Business/General Manager experience for an EPCM company such as ours and understands what we do and our industry
- BEE / EE
- OHSA compliance / safety
- BEng / BSc Engineering Qualification
- Any business management qualification would be beneficial
- Business / General Management experience for an EPCM company
- Minerals processing plant design / project management experience is preferable
