IT Support Technician

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience in a IT Support role
• Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in person
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and resolve them efficiently
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control (e.g. Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and software deployments
• Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and IT assets
• Support network infrastructure, including basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security procedures, and data protection standards
• Provide user training and guidance on systems and best practices
