Duties & Responsibilities
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes and circulating correspondence
  • Office Admin & Support: Filing (electronic and physical) including secretarial files, IT troubleshooting, kitchen and office supplies
  • Liaising with clients
  • Reading, monitoring and responding to Directors emails
  • Drafting correspondence, arranging meetings on Directors behalf
  • Personal and professional diary management and logistics (flights, cars, meetings etc.)
  • Provide a professional executive and personal assistance to the Directors, including handling personal matters discretely and confidentially
  • Reception: welcoming guests, managing switchboard (<10% of the role)
  • Personal support to directors
  • Ad-hoc tasks
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Grade 12
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 3-5 years experience as a PA
