Were seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day installation activities for solar infrastructure projects. Youll be working on commercial rooftops, carports, and ground-mounted solar systemsmaking sure that construction runs smoothly, safely, and to spec.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site teams during the installation of solar mounting systems (rooftop, ground mount, carports, and trackers).
• Interpret and implement construction and engineering drawings.
• Allocate daily tasks to crews and monitor workmanship, pace, and safety.
• Ensure the correct placement, alignment, and fixing of structural components.
• Conduct daily safety checks and enforce PPE use and health & safety procedures.
• Communicate progress, issues, and material needs to the Site Manager.
• Assist with site reporting, documentation, and handover procedures.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 3+ years experience supervising construction or solar installation teams
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of site health & safety best practices
• Excellent team coordination and communication skills
• Matric plus a technical qualification or trade certificate (advantageous)
• Valid drivers license and a willingness to travel
• Working at Heights, Fall Protection, or First Aid Certifications are a plus
