Qualifications:

• Matric and BCom in Industrial Engineering or Logistics Management.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transport management.
• SAP (SD, PP, MM), MS Office, Power BI.
• HR, finance, contracts, quality management, project management.
• Strong leadership, planning, negotiation, problem-solving, and CI/WCM exposure.

Experience:

• 8 to 10 years in operational management (supply chain/manufacturing).
• 5 years general management in logistics/manufacturing.
• Experience across warehouse, transport, planning, procurement.
• Exposure to WCM, CI projects, and Six Sigma.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop warehouse and transport teams.
• Improve systems, processes, packaging, equipment, and overall efficiency.
• Manage inventory, distribution, tenants, and on-time operational/financial reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and world-class performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9000 and all safety legislation (LRA, OSH, Road Traffic Act).
• Develop budgets, control costs, and manage 3-year Capex planning.
• Support new facility setups, layouts, material handling, and staff training.
