Key Responsibilities (Role Dependent):
- Financial reporting, management accounts, and month-end close
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning support
- Financial analysis and business performance reporting

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:
- CA(SA) (Non-negotiable)
Experience:
- Approximately 2 years post-qualification experience
- Industry experience (commercial/financial services/manufacturing/FMCG) advantageous
- Strong exposure to reporting, analysis, or finance operations
Skills:
- Strong IFRS and financial reporting fundamentals
- Advanced Excel skills (Non-negotiable)
- ERP exposure advantageous (SAP / Oracle / Sage / Dynamics)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Other Non-Negotiables:
- Must be based in Durban or willing to relocate
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
