Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery processes
- Remove impediments and enable team productivity
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices
- Work closely with Developers, QA teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders
- Monitor delivery progress, sprint outcomes, and team performance
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and a strong team culture
- Support planning, estimation, and release activities
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master within software development environments
- Previous hands-on experience as a Software Developer
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC principles
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams
- Familiarity with modern development practices and technologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe) advantageous
