Sales Representative

This role focuses on growing lifecycle services, rentals, maintenance, and technical solutions. You will engage with customers on-site, identify operational challenges, recommend fit-for-purpose solutions, and build long-term partnerships. The role blends technical sales, market development, customer support, and commercial responsibility across industrial, utility, and public sector clients.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum 10 years experience in the water pump or pumping systems industry
- Proven technical sales experience in aftermarket, rental, service, or solutions-based environments
- Technical qualification, trade test, or strong hands-on pump knowledge
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently, conduct site visits, and engage at multiple customer levels
