Senior Diesel Mechanic

Required skills for this position:

1. Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of diesel engines, including various types (e.g., two-stroke, four-stroke), fuel systems, cooling systems, and exhaust systems.
• Proficiency in diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as scan tools, multimeters, and pressure gauges.
• Experience in overhauling engines, including disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance tasks according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Familiarity with hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and heavy-duty vehicle components.

1. Troubleshooting Expertise:

• Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and develop effective repair strategies.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to troubleshoot and repair diesel engines.
• Experience in analyzing engine performance data and conducting performance tests to identify inefficiencies and malfunctions.
