Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) / NQF4 qualification
• Proven experience in lead generation, customer service, or sales
• Excellent communication and professional telephone etiquette
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer engagement ability
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing
• Effective time management skills
