What Youll Do

As an Internal Recruiter, youll manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions while also playing a leadership role in overseeing the junior recruiter within the team.
  • Source talent by navigating job portals, writing and uploading job ads, and managing our internal database (Placement Partner).
  • Screen CVs, conduct candidate calls, and run Zoom interviews to assess fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with senior management through MS Outlook.
  • Run reference checks, arrange biometric background checks, and ensure payroll/banking details are processed for new hires.
  • Partner closely with management and HR on urgent/new job specs.
  • Maintain accurate admin, KPI tracking, and database management.
  • Stay ahead of market and industry trends, bringing innovative ideas to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee the junior internal recruiter set and review KPIs, provide training and mentorship, and ensure recruitment best practices are followed.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years proven recruitment experience.
  • A degree in Human Resources or Psychology (Industrial/Organisational specialisation preferred).
  • Confidence in building relationships and engaging with people at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication.
  • Solid administration and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new or challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Windows.
  • A tenacious, goal-driven personality.
  • Previous team oversight, training, or KPI management experience will be highly regarded
