Key Responsibilities
  • Source and secure new employers and recruitment clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify recruitment opportunities within various industries
  • Advertise vacancies and source suitable candidates
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
  • Match candidates according to client requirements
  • Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes
  • Maintain a database of clients and candidates
Requirements
  • Previous recruitment, sales, or business development experience will be advantageous
  • Strong networking and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Good negotiation and client relationship skills
  • Computer literacy and experience with recruitment platforms
  • Own laptop, cellphone, and reliable internet access
Minimum Requirements for an Independent Recruiter
  • Education & Knowledge
  • Matric / Grade 12 certificate
  • Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (advantageous)
  • Professional Networking & Recruitment Advertising Platforms
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and labour legislation
