Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure new employers and recruitment clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify recruitment opportunities within various industries
- Advertise vacancies and source suitable candidates
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
- Match candidates according to client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes
- Maintain a database of clients and candidates
- Previous recruitment, sales, or business development experience will be advantageous
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good negotiation and client relationship skills
- Computer literacy and experience with recruitment platforms
- Own laptop, cellphone, and reliable internet access
- Education & Knowledge
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (advantageous)

- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and labour legislation
