Job Description
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Construction Supervisor will:
- Supervise daily residential construction activities to ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site labour to maintain project schedules and productivity.
- Monitor quality control, conduct site inspections, and resolve construction issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, site housekeeping standards, and company procedures.
- Track project progress, material usage, and site documentation while reporting updates to project management and clients.
- Industry relevant diploma
- 3-5 years experience in residential project supervision
- Own vehicle
- MS Office beneficial

• Matric, or related qualification
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality, restaurant management or operations advantageous
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the food service industry
