AP Clerk (Contract)

Job & Company Description: Â

This exhilarating contract role requires an independent thinker and worker who requires minimal supervision and will hit the ground running.

• Full AP function
• Process accounts and incoming and outgoing payments in compliance with policies and procedures
• Perform day to day financial transaction
• Prepare remittances and payments, customer invoices and statements
• Procurement and stock management
• Reconciliation of the AP ledger

Qualification:

• Completed National Diploma in Accounting / Finance

Experience:

• 4 + years’ in a similar role within the logistics / freight / manufacturing
• Solid understanding of processes and policies (will be probed)
• Solid working experience with AccPac (non-negotiable)
