Mechanical Fitter

Job Description:

• Perform high-precision fitting and turning work on mechanical components
• Manufacture, assemble, maintain, and repair moving and rotating parts
• Support injection moulding tooling, including fitting, alignment, and maintenance of moulds
• Read and interpret detailed technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Operate, set up, and support CNC machining processes
• Assist with tooling improvements, breakdowns, and preventative maintenance
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and workmanship standards at all times

Skills & Experience:

1. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Fitter & Turner
2. Proven experience working in injection moulding or plastic manufacturing environments
3. Proficient in FANUC controls and Mastercam software
4. Experience working with high-precision, moving, and rotating components
5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality output

Qualification:

• Relevant trade qualification required
