Assistant Production Manager

Key Responsibilities (Not Limited to):

1. Assist with and monitor adherence production planning
2. Ensure production practices align with quality objectives and product specifications
3. Monitor, assist and advise senior team leaders in ensuring efficiency, and quality targets are achieved and maintained
4. Monitor all team members for adherence to safe work practices
5. Monitor GMP practices and assist with corrective actions where needed
6. Guide and mentor all levels of production team as and where needed
7. Monitor production team discipline and take corrective and disciplinary action as and where needed
8. Ensure HACCP and PRP compliance across all production parameters
9. Train new operators on procedures and proper use of equipment.
10. Assisting production and Ops manager where needed
11. To do other duties as may be required or assigned by the production or operations managers
