Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Professional accounting qualification (CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within logistics, aviation, or related sectors
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local Portuguese accounting standards
- Proven ability to lead financial audits, budgeting processes, and internal controls
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
