Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Internal Sales and assisting External sales person
- Tracking sales orders and following up on quotes
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Identify new customers and forward to External Sales
- Reaching sales quotas and goals
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
- Brining new customers to increase customer base
- Debtors management
- Exceptional customers communication and relationship skills
- Strong closing sales skills
- Meeting sales targets
- Clearing our ageing debt
- Customer relationship skills
