ICT Manager

1. Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a related IT field (advantageous)
• Certification in MCSE, CompTIA Network, Security, and/or Azure & AWS (advantageous)

1. Requirements

• 3 to 5 years experience in a Systems Engineer / Network Engineer role
• 3 to 5 years experience in an ICT management role
• Extensive experience with:
• Windows Server environments and Windows OS troubleshooting
• Microsoft Office support
• Network setup including VLAN, routing, monitoring, and administration
• SDWAN configurations and network performance optimization
• Backup and recovery systems
• Windows and Network Management (AD, DHCP, DNS, NPS)
• Intermediate to advanced networking knowledge
• Exposure to cloud-based hosting and backup services
• Experience with enterprise-grade networking solutions (e.g. Fortinet)
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 cybersecurity frameworks (advantageous)
• Experience in ICT procurement, inventory management (advantageous)
• Leading ICT transformation/innovation projects (advantageous)
• Proficiency in project management principles

1. Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

• Manage, monitor, and optimize ICT systems and network infrastructure
• Implement and support IT applications and systems for business efficiency
• Collaborate with Cyber Security Manager on cybersecurity practices
• Lead ICT innovation projects to ensure scalable and reliable systems
• Maintain SDWAN network performance, including configuration and troubleshooting
• Oversee day-to-day ICT support, maintenance, and administration
• Handle ICT procurement and asset management
• Deliver user support, documentation, and team guidance
