The IT Demand Management Administrator serves as the central point for managing and recording all incoming IT project requests. Based in Johannesburg, this role reports to the Enterprise Architect and is responsible for aligning project demand with available technical capacity.

• Education: A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years in IT project demand management or coordination.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Jira and Microsoft Office is required. Familiarity with Agile and SAFe methodologies is highly preferred.
• Key Skills: Strong organizational abilities, conflict resolution, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Demand Logging: Act as the primary contact for capturing and tracking all IT project requests within the management system.
• Capacity Coordination: Track resource allocation and assist in managing the flow of work based on available capacity, specifically during Program Increment (PI) planning.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a bridge between business units and IT teams to ensure project timelines and resource availability are clearly communicated.
• Process Optimization: Identify ways to streamline the demand process and monitor the pipeline to reflect changes in business priorities.
• Reporting: Track and report on the demand pipeline to ensure requests are handled in an organized and timely manner.
