Refrigeration Technician – EE Role

My client is recruiting for a Refrigeration Technician, responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of refrigeration equipment, as well as attending to call-outs within agreed SLA timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on refrigeration equipment.
• Respond to call-outs within required timeframes.
• Manage car stock to ensure availability of essential parts.
• Complete and submit administrative documentation timeously.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric and Refrigeration Trade Test qualification.
• Gas Handling License.
• 1-2 years' experience in refrigeration and customer service.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of the geographical area of operation.
