Vehicle Selling Sales Manager

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Selling Sales Manager to join a corporate vehicle dealership in Gauteng. We are looking for a hands-on sales professional with JAC dealership experience, strong leadership skills and a proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
DUTIES:
- Actively sell vehicles while supporting and leading the sales team.
- Generate new business and achieve monthly vehicle sales targets.
- Assist Sales Executives with customer enquiries, negotiations and closing deals.
- Motivate and guide the sales team to improve performance.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and arrange test drives.
- Follow up on sales leads and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and assist with achieving departmental targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have JAC dealership experience.
- Previous experience as a 2IC, Selling Sales Manager or Sales Team Leader.
- Strong vehicle sales and leadership background.
- Proven sales performance and ability to close deals.
- Target-driven with excellent customer service skills.
