Internship - Process Analyst Intern

• Candidates must have completed their qualification in one of the following related fields Business Analysis, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Process Engineering, Computer Science with business/process focus
• Candidates must have NO criminal record
• Candidates must currently be unemployed
• Candidates must not be participating on another learnership or internship program
• Candidates must not be studying at any other institution (including distance learning)
• Candidates must live in the greater Midrand area (relocation is NOT an option)
• Candidates must be under the age of 35 as of 1 April 2026
• Candidates must be a South African Citizen African, White, Coloured and Indian

• A sound understanding of business processes and how organisations create and deliver value.
• Foundational knowledge of business analysis principles and process improvement concepts.
• Basic understanding of process mapping and workflow documentation.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence to engage professionally with business stakeholders and process owners.
• Ability to gather information, ask the right questions, and document findings clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting processes and requirements.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute constructively.
• A problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and improve.
• Basic understanding of digital business environments and how technology enables business processes.
• Foundational competence in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio or equivalent diagramming tools.

• The following would be beneficial, though not mandatory:
• Exposure to BPMN or other business process modelling methods.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement concepts.
• Understanding of platform business models, digital transformation, or service operating models.
• Experience with academic or project work involving process analysis, process redesign, or requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools used in business environments
