Transfer Pricing Manager/Assistant Manager

Our client is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager and Assistant Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with multinational entities, analysing intercompany transactions, and providing strategic guidance on transfer pricing matters.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, support transfer pricing projects, and assist in ensuring compliance with transfer pricing regulations and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation
• Assist clients with transfer pricing compliance requirements
• Conduct economic and financial analyses
• Apply the arm's length principle to intercompany transactions
• Support transfer pricing planning and advisory projects
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders
• Assist with transfer pricing audits and regulatory requirements

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

• BCom Degree

Experience:

• Articles completed
• Big 4 articles advantageous
• Client-facing experience advantageous
• Transfer pricing exposure essential
• Candidates may come directly from audit into transfer pricing
