The Financial Manager will take ownership of the organisations financial management, compliance, and reporting processes. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership to ensure the financial health of the organisation while supporting business growth and operational efficiency.Youll work closely with senior leadership, providing insights and oversight to drive both governance and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full financial management and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing strategic insight to support decision-making.
- Manage internal controls, risk, and audit requirements to maintain best practice governance.
- Partner with leadership to streamline processes and improve financial systems.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Deliver clear, timely reports to support management and Board-level oversight.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- BCom in Financial Management (or equivalent).
- Professional designation: SAIPA or equivalent is essential.
- Strong background in audit, compliance, and governance.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, with good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
