This role sits at the heart of the property’s customer engagement strategy, managing the full lifecycle of promotions, events, and guest interactions. From overseeing the Winners Circle Desk to executing large-scale gaming activations, you will ensure every touchpoint delivers a seamless, high-energy experience aligned to business objectives.You will work closely with central marketing, BI, gaming, and hospitality teams to translate strategy into execution while maintaining operational excellence on site.
You will also take ownership of the promotional calendar, content creation, and digital presence of the property. This includes social media management, online reputation, direct marketing support, and ensuring all communications and collateral meet brand and compliance standards.

What You’ll Do- Manage and lead the Winners Circle Desk and Guest Relations team
- Drive customer sign-ups, engagement, and database accuracy
- Plan, maintain, and execute the full promotions and events calendar
- Deliver high-quality gaming events, draws, and activations
- Collaborate with central marketing and BI teams on campaigns
- Oversee all on-site promotional collateral, branding, and atmosphere
- Manage social media platforms, online reviews, and digital presence
- Create marketing content including copy, photos, and videos
- Coordinate entertainment bookings and event logistics
- Build relationships with VIP hosts, sales, hospitality, and media partners
- Ensure compliance with approval processes and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in promotions, events, or marketing within hospitality, gaming, or entertainment
- Strong operational and project management capability
- Experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Solid understanding of customer engagement and loyalty programmes
- Digital marketing and social media management experience
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
