Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor with 24 years of experience, ideally from a construction background. The successful candidate will be responsible for measurement tasks, supporting cost estimation, and assisting with project documentation.Familiarity with CCS software is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Measure quantities from drawings and specifications
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and tender documentation
- Support the QS in project cost control and reporting
- Maintain accurate records of project data and measurements
- 14 years experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a construction environment
- Proficient in measurement techniques and quantity take-offs
- Experience with CCS software preferred
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of accuracy and professionalism
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
