Financial Manager

An established organisation within the manufacturing / automotive sector is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead and manage their finance function. This role requires a hands-on finance professional with strong leadership capability, commercial insight, and experience in forecasting, analysis, and financial reporting.
The successful candidate will play a key role in financial planning, operational finance, and strategic decision-making within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full finance function
- Financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting
- Manage foreign exchange exposure and transactions (advantageous)
- Ensure financial controls, governance, and compliance
- Lead and manage the finance team
- Support business strategy through financial insights and analysis
- Work with ERP systems, specifically N4 / Navis (Barn)
Qualifications & Experience:
- BCom in Finance (essential)
- Minimum 5 years financial experience, including at least 3 years in a management role
- Experience within manufacturing or automotive environments
- Strong forecasting and financial analysis skills
- Forex exposure (highly advantageous)
- Experience with ERP systems (N4 / Navis preferred)
