Retail Front End Supervisor - Meat Retail Industry

A dynamic meat real company is seeking a customer-focused Retail Front-End Supervisor with experience in meat retail environments, overseeing cashiers, front shop operations, and customer service standards. Responsible for ensuring smooth daily front-end operations, accurate cash handling, queue management, and alignment with hygiene, security, and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities Front-End Operations- Supervise daily front shop activities including cashiers and service counters
- Manage staff rosters, breaks, and shift coverage
- Ensure efficient queue flow and customer service during peak trading hours
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and refunds professionally
- Oversee cash-up procedures, float control, and till reconciliations
- Investigate cash shortages, overages, and variances
- Ensure adherence to cash handling and security procedures
- Prepare daily cash and front-end reports
- Drive service excellence and customer satisfaction
- Support promotions, pricing accuracy, and in-store specials
- Assist with upselling and cross-selling meat products and specials
- Ensure correct product signage and pricing compliance
- Enforce hygiene, health, and safety standards at front-of-house
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of service areas
- Support internal audits, stock counts, and loss prevention measures
