Junior Cost Accountant

Technical Competencies & Experience:

1. Prepare and deliver reports that highlight cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
2. Track inventory levels, perform routine audits, and resolve any discrepancies
3. Pinpoint opportunities for cost reduction and collaborate with the operations team to implement efficiency initiatives.
4. Remain informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and evolving best practices in cost accounting.
5. Reconcile tonnage dispatched with invoiced quantities at month-end to ensure accurate reporting.
6. Support the planning, coordination, and completion of stock counts.
7. Ensure accurate stock costing aligned with daily manufacturing activities
