- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Required to have Case Management experience with proficiency in ICD 10 and CPT 4 coding
- Matric certificate is required
- Registered Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse is mandatory
- Prior experience in patient administration, funder liaison, or clinical authorization processes would be an advantage
- Knowledge of healthcare legislation, policies, and quality assurance procedures would be beneficial
- Required to have strong computer proficiency and ability to work with hospital administration systems
