Responsibilities
- Produce detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects using CAD software.
- Interpret architectural and engineering designs into clear, accurate working drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, and site teams.
- Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve design and technical issues.
- Assist in preparing layouts, schematics, and 3D models where required.
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and verify design accuracy.
- 3 years AutoCAD experience
- Site experience of +/- 3 years
- Be able to run the tender process on sites
- Understand and run with contract documents & costing documents
- Turnkey solution (project from start to end)
- Must be a structured person
- Take over the lease negotiations
- Willing to work away from home when busy with a project
- Interact with the council and knowledge of the bylaws
- Look for new sites
