Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full financial management function: reporting, forecasting, and budgets.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of 10 finance professionals.
• Implement and improve financial processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Provide strategic insights that guide decision-making and business performance.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable).
• At least 3 years post-articles experience in a Financial Manager role.
• Strong leadership experience with a proven track record managing teams.
• Advanced Excel skills and solid systems knowledge.
• A sharp eye for detail and the drive to push finance beyond the numbers.
