Location: Gardens, Cape Town.Working Setup: 40 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 to 19:00. Hybrid, with Mondays and Fridays in the office.
Salary: R12,000 per month.

The Role: Junior Email Marketer (Internship)
This 3-month internship exists to support the marketing team with the execution of email campaigns across our portfolio of brands. The role contributes to the business by assisting with live campaigns, data management, and automation systems.The main focus areas include campaign building, reporting, and optimisation practices.
Key Responsibilities- Complete a 3-month internship requiring no prior years of experience.
- Assist in the execution of email campaigns across multiple brands.
- Support the building and maintenance of email workflows and sequences.
- Help ensure campaigns align with launches, promotions, and business priorities.
- Assist in setting up campaigns on platforms such as Clay, DotDigital, Higher Levels, and Smartlead.
- Assist with basic AI-assisted copy generation and subject line suggestions.
- Assist in collecting and organising basic contact and company data.
- Support monitoring of key email metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.
- Possess a strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Show an interest in marketing, communication, or digital media.
- Remain comfortable working with data and structured processes.
- Exhibit good written communication skills.
- Maintain the ability to work in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.
- Hold a basic understanding of email or social media platforms (advantageous).
