Office Manager / Personal Assistant

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Office Manager / PA role
- Previous experience in the property industry is a plus
- Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Confident, well-spoken, and able to liaise professionally with tenants and contractors
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
- Must be available to work on-site daily (this is not a hybrid or remote role)
ð§ Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level PA support to senior management (diary, travel, correspondence)
- Manage general office operations, admin team support, and supplies
- Organise and coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Communicate with tenants and service providers professionally and promptly
- Maintain documentation, filing systems, and office compliance
- Assist with property admin tasks and ad-hoc operational duties
