AI Product Operations Specialist

What you will be doing:

• Own the operational health and production stability of AI products.
• Monitor, support, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution.
• Coordinate releases, hotfixes, and post-deployment support activities.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain operational runbooks and support documentation.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Product, Technology, and Business teams.
• Act as an operational owner within a specific business or technology stream.

What we are looking for:

• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in Application Support, Production Support, Technical Operations, Service Delivery, or a similar role.
• Experience in taking ownership and drive issues through to resolution.
• Experienced in GCP and Gemini (essential)
• Experience supporting business-critical applications in a production environment.
• Exposure to incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Advantageous:

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Kibana, Datadog, or similar.
• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Understanding of ITIL and SRE principles.
