What You’ll Do

As our Senior Dialer Manager, you will:

  • Oversee and optimise day-to-day outbound dialer operations for US and UK markets.
  • Lead the configuration, monitoring, and strategy of predictive, progressive, and preview campaigns.
  • Ensure full compliance with TCPA, FCC (US), Ofcom, and GDPR (UK) regulations.
  • Drive innovation through automation, AI technologies, and advanced data insights.
  • Collaborate across sales, marketing, compliance, and IT teams.
  • Lead and mentor a Junior Dialler Manager, establishing global best practices.
  • Deliver insightful reports and analysis on KPIs like AHT, conversion, CPA, and list penetration.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in dialer management within outbound call centers.
  • Proven experience in managing international campaigns (US & UK).
  • Expertise with dialer platforms such as Connex, Genesys Cloud and Q-Contact is essential
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, BI tools or reporting platforms.
  • Strong understanding of telecom and data privacy compliance (TCPA, FCC, Ofcom, GDPR).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience mentoring technical or operational support teams.
