Marketing Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our client's senior team across global locations. This role will focus on design, social media, and content creation, playing a key part in elevating our client's brand presence and marketing initiatives.
Initially operating as an individual contributor, the role has scope for growth into a more senior position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Creative: Develop visual assets for marketing campaigns, presentations, and digital content.
- Social Media Management: Manage and create content for our social platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Content & Copywriting: Write compelling copy for social posts, marketing materials, and internal/external communications.
- Campaign Support: Assist with global marketing initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing content aligns with our brand identity and messaging.
- External Collaboration: Collaborating with the global marketing team & external clients to ensure smooth setup of external facing collaboration such as webinars.
- Marketing data analysis: Compiling reports on website traffic, webinar attendance, and audience insights.
Position details:
- Type: Permanent, full time position,
- Location: Fully remote working for a candidate based in South Africa
- Salary offered: R45 000-R50 000 per month depending on experience and skills. Open to negotiation.

Requirements
Skills & Experience- Experience: 2-4 years in a marketing role with a focus on design, social media, and content creation.
- Design Proficiency: Skilled in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
- Content Creation: Strong copywriting skills with an ability to craft engaging and professional messaging.
- Social Media Savvy: Experience managing LinkedIn and other relevant social platforms.
- Global Mindset: Comfortable working with international teams across multiple time zones.
- Self-Starter: Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative in a fast-moving environment.
- CRM management, SEO and marketing analytics experience a significant advantage.
